NFL Picks- Week 13

Picks are coming in at the buzzer today....Santacon 2011 required extra sleep to de-toxify.  No further adieu...

Colts (+16.5) over Ravens
Packers (-12) over Raiders
Chiefs (+10.5) over Jets
Lions (-10) over Vikings
In the double-digit spread games, gimme two favorites and two 'dogs.  The Colts were wonderfully frisky in their game against New England last week.  Baltimore will be content to put things in cruise control if/when the lead hits 14 or so.  The Packers will come with a purpose after last week game made them feel a little...vincible.  Detroit will bully their way over the Peterson-less Vikings.  The Jets are the Jets.

Saints (-3.5) over Titans
Patriots (-7.5) over Redskins
Chargers (-7) over Bills
49ers (-3.5) over Cardinals
In the four moderately-sized spreads, I'm going under the logic of not-overthinking things.  Lock in the Saints for my lock of the week.  The Chargers look like a good play, too.  The Pats and Niners scare me a tad on the road, but their opponents are crappy, decimated, or both.

Bengals (-2.5) over Texans
Panthers (+3) over Falcons
Bucs (-3) over Jaguars
Bears (+3) over Broncos
An impressive smattering of field-goal-or-less spreads this week.  Cincy needs a win in the worst way, and should hold their own against Houston.  Cam at home will get things done.  Somebody's gotta win the Florida 'toilet bowl,' I will take the team that doesn't start Blaine Gabbert.  Chicago rallys to beat the NFL messiah.

Eagles (+3) over Dolphins
Upset perfiction of the week.  Wow how Philly has fallen.

Cowboys (-4.5) over Giants
Seahawks (-10) over Rams
I will take both home favorites in this week's primetime games.  Dallas-New York should be a doozy, and I would love the Giants to take them down if the Cowboys didn't blow everything last week.  But they need this game just as much as the Giants do now.  No Osi really bothers me as well.  It would take a heroic effort for Big Blue to pull it off.  I can't justify laying 10 points in Seattle.  But I can't live with betting the Rams on the road in any way, shape, or form.
Thanks for reading.
